Beauty post: Pure Beauty Cleansing Oil

        Beauty post for the week!

I’ve had the Pure Beauty cleansing oil for sensitive skin for over a month now and I think it’s about time to make a review on how it works for me. Since we all have different skin types, the cleansing oil may react differently on each skin type.

I was in need of a makeup remover and decided to try this product out. The price is affordable for only P119 for a bottle.

Skin care: Celeteque Brightening facial wash

Pictures sometimes can be deceiving, my skin can look like it’s smooth but it’s not so much. Aside from having oily skin (face), one of the consultants at Clinique during Lady E’s birthday party mentioned that my skin easily (upon cleansing) gets acidic (red/dark). That always happens right after I wash my face with my preferred facial wash. I did some research and found out about Celeteque’s brightening facial wash (crossing my fingers that it would work). And no kiss ass testament, it DOES work!

Skin care: Celeteque Oil Control toner

Last week, the Metro experienced a very hot weather and with that, my face really oiled up a lot. Not only that, my face was in a bad condition ever since I started using the PONDS gold radiance facial wash (the only PONDS product that broke me out). I acquired some red spots in my cheeks. I discontinued using it and reverted to my Human Nature balancing facial wash every morning and the PONDS smooth pores every night, and my skin is back to normal – still oily by the way. I’m pretty sure the diet has something to do with it as well. I ate very bad last week and kept on drinking sodas and ice tea. Now, I’m back with good ol’ H2O.

Product review: Skin care–Human nature Balancing facial wash (for the oilies)

I’ve tried a couple of Human Nature products already, but can’t seem to have a favorite until last night. My mom’s friend is a re-seller of Human Nature, so we have quite a lot in the vanity dresser. Among those, I found this one.

DSCN3601             Human Nature Balancing facial wash Orange & Elemi with Bamboo scrubs

As you can see, the consistency is a gel type and just slightly thicker than the mineral flowers facial wash that I have. It has bamboo scrubs that are good enough to remove impurities in the face. The orange scent is evident and has a slight tinge of mint, which gives it a slight cooling sensation and lathers up quite well. So, why does Kitty approve? refer to picture below~

Targeted for oily faced ladies like me (yey).  Last night, my face was super oily. I waited until night time so I can do my usual night regimen (will post about that soon). After such, I am surprised that this facial wash exceeds my expectations. It cleansed well and love the slight minty feel. But there was one thing I noticed after, a part of my cheeks felt slightly sticky. But it wasn’t so bad really. I’ve yet to observe if it can hold up in the day, but there’s always the blotting film to remove excess oil.

And because it’s a rave I  will definitely purchase one for myself.

This bottle of wonder is definitely a rave for me 4/5 stars~

Do you have any human nature favorites? what are they? share~

         Till then!
