Rewarding Myself

It’s been a while since I made a make up review for the past month, I haven’t bought anything new lately since my make-up kit is still full of foundation powders, blush and lipsticks to finish. Probably next month I’ll be buying a new set to reward myself from working hard, no lates or what so ever. Reason for that is, I feel overworked, all work and no play (no time to attend worship or even go to the mall, of course except Robinson’s Galleria just to buy food) and I haven’t even bought anything that I REAAALLY like, like make-up. Most are just necessities I need.

I was really happy to come across projectvanity’s blog about Makeup on a budget: Get the best for under P5,000!. I’ve read good reviews about In2It’s Oil control foundation powder and now I am convinced to get it, the price ranges as the same price of Maybelline’s Angelfit foundation powder P700. That’s why I was hesitant to buy In2It but then again, It’s worth a try, since I really need good coverage and keep my face from being too oily at the end of the day. And from Whimsical Whatnots And Whatever.  I was highly interested with her make up haul, which consisted of Etude’s Sleeping pack P498 and Dr. Oil foundation powder P378, Lastly, from projectvanity was Etude’s Concealer for only P298.

For Lippies,  I’m planning to buy the new Revlon Colorburst Lipstick, it costs around P500+ not bad I think. And almost every beauty blogger is raving about it.

I’m sooo looking forward in buying these babies and have my own experience about it. Of course every product varies to each person so we’ll see!

Till then!

  4. I said the same thing to Sugar about the Revlon Colorburst line. Before you buy, smell them first. It smells kinda funny to me. All my friends agree. And even Sugar's sister agrees. But Sugar says it's tolerable so it's really up to you. Hope you'll find this helpful. = )

  5. @Lady E: Smells funny? really? that's weird. Since most lipsticks smell like lipstick. I'd have to check it out then. Thanks Lady E! ^_^
