Purple from my AMMO palette

I love make-up, but if you ask if I’m an expert about it, well I’m not. I currently have an addiction with palettes and among the 4 that I have, my Urban Decay AMMO has got to be my most favorite of them all. It’s quite handy too, perfect for travelling. Here’s a comparison of how small it is.

That’s my Tickles pouch wallet, I place all my cords in here.

I actually never thought that purple would suit me well, so well, that Last Call and Grifter is my UTMOST favorite color among them all. I haven’t touched the oil slick, polyester bride, and mildew.

My say:

These colors are quite glittery, specially chopper. Some are shimmery like the 2 purple shades, sin, shattered and mildew. This is definitely a worthy buy for me. All colors are very pigmented which I love about Urban Decay palettes. Here’s a simple FOTD, the color doesn’t show much in the photo, but I promise that that color pops out. (I seriously need a new camera that can make the colors pop out)

For the eyes, I used sin, grifter and last call. I also used sin as a highlighter

For the lips, I used the NYX in Thalia, but I did not use it alone as it  makes my lips look purple, like a living dead. So I had to swipe some lip ice first, then a little bit of concealer, then the lipstick.

Here’s how it looks, what I like about NYX is that it’s creamy, easily glides on the lips.

     Till then!

My friend’s Wedding

It’s my first wedding to attend to as an adult, I’ve attended a few weddings before but I was still a kid back then and of course being a kid, I got bored. But this time, it wasn’t boring and I find it beautiful.

My M picked me up to have breakfast first, then had our hair fixed at Bench Fix Makati Alpha land. Originally, I thought David’s would be cheaper but then it wasn’t. Sorry, no pictures of how my hair looked like. We we’re running late at the time. So here are pictures of the wedding of our friend R and S.

Make-up was done by none other than me, I was really happy I bought the Naked palette, because it had a mini UDPP. Though, for my eye make-up I had to bring a smaller palette since the NAKED couldn’t fit in my bag, so I used the neutral colors of my Urban Decay AMMO palette.

I was really happy with our stylist at bench fix, he made M’s hair looks way better and looked really handsome. This photo was at the Christ the king’s church

The church wedding was really nice, I was tearing up when the bride was walking down the aisle and the groom too was teary eyed. Tears of Joy I’m sure, they’ve been together for 10 years and I’m sure despite all the challenges, they ended up still together  and now married. Relationship’s sure aren’t easy.

Congratulation’s to R and S, and thank you for inviting us in your wedding~ FINALLY!

M was in a daze during the wedding, he says he kept imagining how our wedding will be. Deep inside I was day dreaming too Smile

Do you cry in weddings too?

    Till then!

Mini haul from my favorite store

Quick post… For the usual make-up post I made a mini haul

A girl can never have enough palette’s, I thought I would never own one but when my favorite make-up store made this available, I couldn’t resist. All the colors are so lovely and wearable. For the price it is so worth it!

I used the bag in the wedding since I couldn’t find my sister’s black purse.

My very first: Urban Decay Ammo Palette

Hello readers, yesterday I was so happy because of this

DSCN1850                                Urban Decay Ammo Palette

Oh yes! my very first eye shadow palette, quite pricey but so worth it!

DSCN1854

I definitely love the packaging, at first I thought it was big, but I was surprised to see that it’s a very slim case.

DSCN1837     The colors are wearable – I had a date with the BF last night, and I couldn’t resist trying the neutral colors. I’m a sucker for neutral eye shadows. Even without a primer Sin, chopper and smog was very pigmented. The chopper had crazy glitters that I put too much on. You only need prolly 2 swipes of this for the color to appear.

DSCN1852

I will make an EOTD next time when an occasion calls for it. But definitely I love my very first fabulous palette.  I asked the BF to gift me the coastal scents 28pcs neutral palette and I’m also so hyped up about it! I hope I get it soon. *winks at the BF*

By the way, for your quick make up fix check out the hyphen.

   Till then!
