Quickly

 

    First it was the Frappuccino craze, and then there was tea! But among all those new drinks popping out, there is still one drink that has been enchanting and fulfilling my drink craze time and again…. QUICKLY please!

    I remember back then when I was in high school or elementary in St. Scholastica’s College, there used to be a Quickly restaurant near our school. They also have food items there and my sister and I usually have our dinner there after school. Now, it seems that Quickly is just a drink stall in most malls. Quickly was brought here from Taiwan. 

    This is one healthy beverage that I keep coming back to. I specifically love their Taro, well it’s the only item in the menu that I always order.

A new found love and other tiny things

 

   I love Chowking’s Nai cha, let me rephrase that, I AM ADDICTED to Chowking’s Nai chai, LOL! I was at Shopwise, Makati earlier and looky what I found!

    C2 MILK TEA! and I just bought one bottle! Sucks! What sucks more is that they don’t have it in a bigger bottle, bitin! It doesn’t compare to the nai cha, but this deems worthy in my list. It tastes simple, literally tastes like milk and tea, but my taste buds approve of it. Whatever tea they used was really good. If you know the chocolate milk tea being sold at 711, that one I didn’t like at all. It smells like the Montagne chocolate mask.

     Among other tiny things are bought are these

      I’m curious how the espresso coffee and wow meatballs would taste like, will try them tomorrow.

      The C2 Milk tea is definitely my new found love~

Coffee talk – instant coffee that is

 

   Let’s talk about instant coffee shall we? One of my favorites or used to be my favorite is the Original Nescafe 3 in 1, but ever since Kopiko came out with the Brown Coffee I’m a convert. It’s actually hard to buy them these days, before the mini stop down  our office used to have stocks but I’m not sure if they stopped re stocking them or what. Even at Shopwise, It’s always out of stock.

   Yesterday, I was surprised to see in the shelves a new line from Nescafe…

                                         Nescafe Brown n’ Cream~ haha!  

   Now I have to see if this is good. Lately, I’ve been drinking more coffee than usual, almost every day 2 mugs max.

 

   What’s your favorite instant coffee? or any coffee that you love

Figaro – frappuccino, a sweet fix

 

    Quick post, I’m not really a die hard fan of those fancy coffee drinks or frappuccino’s, I only drink it when I feel so tired, I mean extremely tired or lack of sleep. But when I do get  a chance to, I end up buying the same drinks from Starbucks or Figaro a coffee caramel. We both had a sweet fix after dinner.

    Both costs P135 and it wasn’t even that big, but it was okay, I enjoyed my drink nonetheless,  the couch was pretty comfy and I swear I wanted to sleep already, haha. Coffee is good, once in a while (for me that is) I’d prefer drinking water over coffee for breakfast.

     If you’re wondering if this drink woke me up, not really, might switch to vitamins instead. I used to drink coffee before bed I usually end up asleep rather than awake. lol!

Belgian Chocolate Milk tea

 

    The Belgian Milk tea has been out for a while sold at your 711 convenient stores. Well, I never really bothered to try it until last week, my office mate recommended that I try it out. So I did, and asked my friend K to buy one too. It costs around P30+ not more that 40 pesos, which I think is pretty cheap since the bottle is quite big.

    

    Well, it’s pretty good, but the taste reminds me of the Montagne Chocolate mask A LOT! it smells like the mask and every time I take a sip, it’s as if I’m drinking the mask, haha. Don’t get me wrong, it’s just me, but it’s a worth buy. The chocolate taste is mild, but you can taste it, for my taste bud, I can taste a hint of tea (just a hint). Maybe this would be a good combination with the Montagne chocolate mask, because you’d definitely crave for chocolate once you have the mask applied in your face XD

 

   Will I buy again? probably so, that is if I crave for it.

   Good day to all! Hope you are all doing fine. Recently, most of my posts are about food and gadgets, I haven’t bought any make-up yet, I’ll be hoarding actually so I have to save a certain amount of money for it.   

 

     Anyway, I’ve been curious lately about this drink

    Which has been out for a while already, I decided to give it a go to see if it’s a worth buy. Surprisingly, it is GOOD! Pomegranate flavor in other terms Pomelo. This will definitely be a staple in my list of grocery next time. Though, I forgot how much it costs at a convenient store, but it would be best to buy it in the supermarket where it’s more cheaper. There are other flavors, but I’m sticking with this since it’s my favorite
