I recently have been joining contests again, and just a few days ago I received my prize of Cetaphil products rom Rollercoasterride’s blog.

Cetaphil is a product that is much loved in our household, thanks to my sister Amanda. Winning from a contest is an added bonus, thank you Janice.

Unfortunately, the first photos can’t be uploaded because the image format was under a RAW file format (which is not my usual format when I take pictures – long story). Those were the cute ones because our little kitten was included. Ha-ha!

Lady E’s Favorite things Birthday giveaway

 

  Another birthday giveaway from the lovely lady e, this time it’s about skin regimen. As much as how we love make-up like candy, skin regimen is the most important amongst them all. And for her giveaway, she’s giving away the Clinique all about eyes.

   For my skin care regimen, at present, I’m using Clean and Clear’s 8 hour oil control facial wash. Usually when I’m not super tired, I use cold cream to remove make-up, but when the lazy-ness hits me, I just use the Maybelline eye and lip make up remover. Then wash my face with my current facial wash, dry it for a few minutes, I use the classic eskinol facial cleanser whitening scrub toner, then the PONDS age defense illuminating cream, sometimes the L’oreal white perfect day cream. Both steps for before and after washing my face. I’ve yet to invest on a good age defense cream, but for now that’s about it for my regimen. I know, I know, but  I promise once I’ve bought my 10pc brush set from suesh, next in line is skin regimen.

      Ever since I started blogging, I often join contest of fellow beauty bloggers and more often that not I win some of them. Thank you Lady Mitchelli – I iz happy

 

    I finally got my prize from Lady Mitchelli’s birthday giveaway, which we are all familiar of so I won’t be making a review about it anymore. But I am really happy to have a limited edition Hello Kitty Maybelline cat volum mascara, which was on sale sometime in August.

          The old one is the one at the back I think, didn’t use flash since it would be too bright and time consuming since it was supposed to be my sleep time already when I took this picture.

Body Shop’s Baked-to-last

 

  A huge thanks to SUMMIT Media for hosting the contest TBS baked-to-goodness for the month of July and for Salmoncat tweeting about it. I was chosen as one of the winners of these lovely babies

  I was able to go there yesterday and the SUMMIT Media office reminded me of the movie the Devil wears Prada. Most people there were very fashionable and good thing I came prepared, if not I would’ve looked stupid that day, haha. I wore my favorite sort of black dress with butterfly and leggings and closed shoes. The guard and lady that assisted me were nice too. Here’s a sneak peek of the lobby,

   As soon as I got in the office, I instantly opened it and checked out the colors they chose for me. The bronzer and blush was a good choice, but for the eye shadows, I have yet to try color green. I occasionally wear eye shadows, or when I feel like it.  I haven’t perfected wearing one and I think I need to invest on a eye shadow brush. On the same day we also had our monthly get together party at the office and it was a blast. It was a feel good Friday, although, just a little bit disappointing because BF and I wasn’t able to have dinner together due to HEAVY as in literally heavy traffic and the people at MRT was jam packed, it was a loooooong line he says.

  Can anyone recommend a good eye shadow brush? or a simple drugstore eye shadow brush will do?
